 6 plum tomatoes (about 1 1/4 pounds), cored and halved lengthwise

Directions

1 Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spray a shallow baking pan with olive oil nonstick spray.
2 Combine the tomatoes, oil, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl; toss well. Arrange the tomatoes, cut-side up, in the baking pan. Roast until the tomatoes are tender and the skins wrinkle, 38-40 minutes. Transfer to a serving platter and top each tomato half with a basil leaf.
