Ingredients

 Yellow/ red Bell pepper- 4 large no-€™s
 Olive oil5 Tablespoon
 White/ Red onions- 4 large no-€™s, peeled and sliced
 Pizza bread package3
 Mozzarella400 Gram
 Tomatoes2 Can (10oz), chopped
 Garlic cloves- 6 no-€™s, peeled and thinly sliced
 Salt1 To taste
 Pepper1 To taste
 Fresh oregano/ Basil leaves- 4 tablespoons or Dried oregano/ Basil leaves- 1 tablespoon
 Flour- for dusting and rolling

Directions

GETTING READY
1. Pre heat an oven at 200°C (400°F).
2. Place the peppers on a baking tray and bake in pre heated oven till peppers are charred.
3. Once charred black, remove from oven and cover with a damp cloth.
4. Once cooled, peel off skin, de seed and cut into thick strips.
5. Prepare pizza dough as per instructions and divide into 2 equal portions.
6. On a floured surface, roll out each dough into 12 inch circle and place both on a baking tray.

MAKING
7. In a medium sized fry pan, heat 4 tablespoons olive oil.
8. Add onions and sauté on a medium flame for 5 minutes or till onions turn translucent. Keep aside.
9. Top each roundel with mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, peppers, sautéed onions and garlic.
10. Sprinkle pepper, salt and drizzle remaining olive oil over both pizzas.
11. Keep aside for 20 to 30 minutes or till bases have risen.
12. Bake in pre heated oven for 15 minutes or till done.
13. Remove and sprinkle with herbs. Re bake for 5 more minutes.
14. Once baked, remove from oven and keep aside.

SERVING
15. Cut into slices and serve hot.
