Roasted Pepper And Artichoke Spread Recipe
Ingredients
| Parmesan cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cream cheese - 8-ounce Package, softened | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm) | |
| Artichoke hearts – 14 ounce can, drained and chopped finely | ||
| Red bell peppers - 1/3 cup, roasted and finely chopped from 7 1/4-ounce jar | ||
| Crackers, fresh vegetables cut-up or snack- bread slices | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In food processor Process Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, cream cheese, and garlic until smooth. Place mixture in slow cooker.
2. Stir in artichoke hearts and red bell pepper well.
3. With cover cook on Low for 1 hour and stir again.
SERVING
4. To serve spread on crackers, cut-up fresh vegetables or snack-bread slices.
