| Bauguette/5 grain italian bread | 4 Medium | |
| Mayonnaise | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mustard | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Mozzarella slices | 8 Ounce | |
| Lettuce leaves | 4 Medium | |
| Black olives | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ripe firm tomatoes | 4 Large, halved |

Directions
1.Preheat oven to 450°F.
MAKING
2.In a medium bowl mix together cheese, bread crumbs, oregano, salt, pepper and olive oil.
3.Spoon the mixture onto the tomato halves.
4.Bake for about 15 minutes.
5.Cut the bread into half lengthwise.
6.Mix mayonnaise and mustard together and spread the mixture on the bread.
7.Now place mozzarella slices and lettuce on bottom of the sandwich bread and top with tomatoes and black olives.
8. Place the top bread slice on the tomatoes and press down gently.
SERVING
9.Serve warm.
