Roasted Leg Of Lamb Recipe
Ingredients
| Leg lamb | 6 Pound | |
| Season-All - 2 teaspoons | ||
| Black pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Nutmeg | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Ground thyme | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Onion powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic Powder - Dash | ||
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1.Use a moist cloth to wipe the meat.
2.Make a mixture of Season All, black pepper, nutmeg, ground thyme, onion powder, garlic powder and salt.
MAKING
3.Arrange the meat with skin side up on a shallow baking pan.
4.Put a meat thermometer in the center of roast.
5.Roast the lamb for 30- 35 minutes per pound until the theremometer shows 300 degrees.
6.Put the lamb in heated platter.
7.Put water in the drippings and heat to make a thin gravy.
SERVING
8.Serve hot with dips like mint jelly, current jelly, pineapple slices or chutney.
