Ingredients

 Garlic bulbs3
 2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
 Cream cheese1 , softened
 Almonds1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
 Parsley1 Tablespoon, chopped
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Fresh parsley sprigs
 Assorted crackers

Directions

Heat oven to 350°.
Remove thin slice from top of each garlic bulb.
Place garlic bulbs in pie pan.
Drizzle with oil; cover with aluminum foil.
Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until golden brown.
Cool garlic 20 minutes.
In medium bowl squeeze garlic from bulbs, scraping bulbs as needed to remove all garlic.
Stir in all remaining ingredients except parsley sprigs and crackers.
Garnish with fresh parsley sprig; serve with crackers.
