Roasted Garlic Recipe

Ingredients
1 head garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil or 1/4 cup chicken stock
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 450° F.
2. Remove as much of the peel from the garlic as possible, while being careful to keep the head intact.
3. Place on a piece of aluminum foil large enough to completely wrap garlic. Drizzle with oil or chicken stock and seal in foil.
4. Cook for about 45 minutes, or until garlic is soft and tender. When cool enough to handle, remove peel; if using it as a puree, mash garlic with a fork.
