Roasted Duck Recipe
Ingredients
| Bread slice | 6 , toasted | |
| 2 stalks celery with leaves, chopped | ||
| Onions | 4 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Slivered almonds | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic powder to taste | ||
| Chervil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Thyme | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Melted margarine | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Ducks | 2 | |
| Chicken broth | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| White wine | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Margarine | ||
| Flour | ||
Directions
Preheat oven to 325°.
Combine bread, celery, onions, almonds, garlic powder, chervil, thyme; stuff into ducks.
Brush ducks with melted margarine.
Place in roaster; add broth and wine; bake covered for 4 hours.
Add the pan juices to a roux made of margarine and flour.
Stir until thick.
Serve this gravy with the ducks and stuffing.
