Directions
1. Pre-heat the oven at 450F.
MAKING
2. In a baking dish, put the chickpeas, add garlic, salt, black pepper, sage and olive oil to it and give it a good toss.
3. Pop the dish into the oven and let it roast until the chick peas turn brown and toasty.
SERVING
4. Garnish with a little bit of extra salt and serve it as a cocktail food with drinks.
