 Potatoes3 Pound, quartered
 Onions2 Medium, sliced
 Olive oil1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Caraway seed1 Tablespoon
 Sea salt1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1 Teaspoon

Directions

Combine all ingredients.
Stir well to coat.
Place in ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 400° for 1 hour or until tender.
Stir occasionally.
