Roasted Bell Pepper Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
6 red, orange, or yellow roasted bell peppers
2-4 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2-1 cup water from cooked pasta or chicken stock
Directions
1. Place roasted peppers, garlic, and olive oil in a food processor fitted with a steel blade. Puree.
2. Add water from cooked pasta or stock to pepper puree and mix thoroughly.
