Roast Turkey Breast With Curried Fruit Recipe
Ingredients
| Turkey breast | 1 , frozen | |
| Peach pear | 2 Can (10oz) | |
| Salt, pepper | ||
| Margarine | 14 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Long grain rice | 2 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked | |
| 1/2 teaspoon each ground ginger, coriander | ||
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Thaw turkey breast, rinse, dry and sprinkle meat with salt, pepper.
Place in foil lined roasting pan.
Melt margarine in saucepan with ginger and coriander then use to brush both sides of turkey breast.
Roast in oven 1 1/2 hours, basting once with margarine.
Drain canned fruit and place fruit in pan drippings around turkey.
Roast 20 minutes longer.
Cook rice according to package directions while turkey roasts.
