 Turkey breast1 , frozen
 Peach pear2 Can (10oz)
 Salt, pepper
 Margarine14 Cup (16 tbs)
 Long grain rice2 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked
 1/2 teaspoon each ground ginger, coriander

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Thaw turkey breast, rinse, dry and sprinkle meat with salt, pepper.
Place in foil lined roasting pan.
Melt margarine in saucepan with ginger and coriander then use to brush both sides of turkey breast.
Roast in oven 1 1/2 hours, basting once with margarine.
Drain canned fruit and place fruit in pan drippings around turkey.
Roast 20 minutes longer.
Cook rice according to package directions while turkey roasts.
