Place turkey, breast down on roasting rack in a glass baking dish; cover with waxed paper.
Estimate the total cooking time.
For an 8- to 12-pound turkey allow 7 to 8 minutes per pound, and for a 12- to 15-pound turkey allow 6 to 7 minutes per pound.
Cook the turkey for a fourth of the estimated cooking time.
Melt the butter in a custard cup and mix with the bottled brown bouquet sauce.
Brush the turkey with the mixture.
Cover the bottom half of wings and legs with small pieces of aluminum foil.
Secure legs and wings close to body with string.
Cover with waxed paper.
Do not allow foil to touch inside walls of microwave oven.
Place turkey on its side and cook a fourth of estimated roasting time.
Turn turkey on its other side and cook for another fourth of estimated roasting time.
Cut strings to allow legs and wings to stand free, remove foil, place turkey breast up, and cook until turkey reaches internal temperature of 175Â°F.
Each time turkey is turned rotate dish one-quarter turn and baste with drippings.
Remove drippings as they accumulate, or additional cooking time will be needed.
When cooking time is up, rest the turkey 15 to 20 minutes; temperature should reach 190Â°F.
Return to oven for additional cooking if needed.
Garnish with green grapes and serve.
