GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 350F degrees
MAKING
2.In a shallow baking dish, place the spareribs
3.Sprinkle with salt and pepper
4.Now roast in a moderate oven for 40-45 minutes per pound
5.Cover spareribs with greased paper and roast for 3/4 hour, then roast, uncovered, for remaining time
6.Just before taking meat from oven, sprinkle with 1 cup bread crumbs seasoned with 1/4 teaspoon each of sage and minced onion
7.Baste with drippings in pan and return to oven 5 minutes longer
SERVING
8.Serve with BBQ sauce, yogurt, or vegetables
