Roast Pork Loin Recipe
Ingredients
| Pork loin roast | 1 (Salt and pepper) |
Directions
Take pork loin from refrigerator at least 1/2 hour before placing in oven.
Wipe with damp cloth or damp paper towels.
Place on rack in uncovered roasting pan, fat side up, and roast at 350 °F., allowing 35 minutes per pound.
If meat thermometer is used, it will register 185°F. when meat is done.
Season about 40 minutes before cooking is completed.
Do not baste or turn roast during cooking.
