Ingredients

 Bone roast4 Pound (1 Unit)
 Soy sauce2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
 Orange juice1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
 Diced onion1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Oil1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Vinegar3 Tablespoon
 Pepper1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Garlic powder1⁄4 Teaspoon

Directions

Combine ingredients and marinate meat at least 4 hours.
Skim off 2 tbs. oil into skillet.
Dredge meat in flour.
Brown meat on both sides.
Add marinade and simmer slowly for 2 hours.
Remove meat and thicken marinade with 2 Tbs. Cornstarch, 1/4 Cup Water.
Serve with steamed rice.
