Ingredients

 1 3-to-4-lb (1.5 - 2 kg) pork roast
 Sauerkraut1 32 Ounce
 2 onions, cut in four
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), finely chopped
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Juniper berries10
 Peppercorns12
 Potatoes6 Medium, peeled
 White wine or water1/2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Place the pork roast in a ceramic dish with cover.
Mix the sauerkraut with the remaining ingredients, except the potatoes.
Place all around the roast.
Add the white wine or water.
Bury the potatoes in the sauerkraut.
Cover tightly and microwave 1 hour and 15 minutes at MEDIUM.
Let stand 20 minutes before serving.
