Roast Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients

| 2 tablespoons melted butter or olive oil | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), pressed | |
| Dry white wine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Dash of Worcestershire sauce | ||
| Ground pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
Remove the mushroom stems.
Wipe the caps clean with a damp cloth.
Combine with remaining ingredients in a square of heavy duty aluminum foil.
Seal tightly.
Let stand 1 hour at room temperature.
Good also as a side dish with beef, chicken or fish.
