Roast Guinea Fowls Recipe
Ingredients
| Guinea fowl | 1 | |
| Bacon- 2 fat strips | ||
| Salt | 1 To taste | |
| Stuffing- if desired | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 325F degrees
2.Also clean and draw fowl
MAKING
3.Take salt and rub inside of fowl
4.Fowl may be roasted with or without stuffing.
5.Cover breast with fat bacon which may be removed 5 minutes before serving
6.In a slow oven, roast it uncovered until tender, allowing 18 to 20 minutes per pound
7.Make sure to baste frequently
8.Season with additional salt when half done
SERVING
9.Serve with a sauce of your choice or with vegetables
