Roast Duck Recipe
This Roast Duck is one of the very delicious Chinese styled roasted duck dishes that I've ever tasted ! Try out this oriental duck dish and tell me if you like it !
Ingredients
| Duck | 3 Pound | |
| Water | 1⁄2 Large | |
| Soy sauce | 5 Teaspoon | |
| Sedition | 1 | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5 gm) | |
| Ginger slice | 2 | |
| Cloves | 3 | |
| Oil | 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |

Directions
Wash the duck well and cut off the tail and oil sacs and discard.
Put in a large saucepan and cover with cold water.
Add the soy sauce, salt, scallion, garlic, ginger and the anise.
Bring the water to a boil and then turn down the heat and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
Remove the duck carefully; let it drain and cool.
Heat a deep pan and fill up to 2 or 3 inches of oil.
When it is very hot, lower the duck into the oil and fry it for about 6 minutes, turning once or twice and basting continually till it is golden brown.
Chop into small pieces, Chinese style, and arrange on a dish, skin side upward.
Serve very hot with pepper and salt mix.
