Roast Beef Hash Recipe
The roast beef hash is a roasted preparation of leftover roast beef combined and cooked with diced potatoes and onions. Flavored with dry onion soup mix, the roasted beef hash can be served with crisp vegetables.
Ingredients
| Leftover roast beef | 2 Cup (32 tbs), cut in small pieces | |
| Diced potatoes | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
| Chopped onion | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Onion soup mix | 1 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
Combine meat, potatoes and onions in casserole.
Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over top and add small amount of water.
Bake in 350 degree oven for approximately 1 hour.
