Roast-And-Relish Sandwiches Recipe

| Chopped red cabbage | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Finely chopped green onions | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Chow chow | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Whole wheat submarine rolls | 6 Ounce, split | |
| Thinly sliced cooked lean roast beef | 4 Ounce |
Directions
Combine first 3 ingredients; spoon evenly over bottom halves of rolls.
Top evenly with roast beef, and cover with roll tops
