Roast Wild Goose with Baked Apples Recipe
Ingredients

| Fat | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sage | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 | |
| Apples | 8 | |
| Brown sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 3 cooked sweet potatoes, mashed | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 500 degrees
MAKING
2) In a kettle of boiling water, place the goose and simmer for about an hour
3) Remove the bird and wipe it dry
4) In a bowl, combine the bread crumbs, onion, fat, sage, salt and pepper
5) Stuff the goose with the mixture and keep it in a roasting pan
6) Roast for about 15 minutes in 500 degrees
7) After this duration, reduce the temperature to 350 degrees and roast for 3 hours
8) In a plate, core apples after washing and sprinkle with brown sugar
9) Stuff it with sweet potatoes and keep these in the oven with the goose to bake until they turn tender

10) Serve the goose hot with baked apples
