Ingredients
1 3 lb roast veal
3 tbsp chives, chopped
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp lemon juice
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
In a roasting pan lined with aluminum foil, place veal roast.
Season.
Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Roast in oven 90 minutes or so.
