Roast Turkey Roll with Stuffing Balls Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 4 1/2 to 5 1/2-1 b. frozen boneless turkey roll | ||
| 2 tsp. angostura aromatic bitters | ||
| 2 8-oz. packages stuffing mix | ||
| Eggs | 2 , Well beaten | |
| Chicken broth | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parsley | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| Pecans | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Cup (16 tbs), melted | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven until it’s warmed up
MAKING
2) Thaw the frozen turkey roll and bake it
3) In a large bowl, combine the ingredients except butter and make 1 ½-inch balls
4) Grease a shallow baking pan with butter and neatly arrange the balls, brushing them with butter
5) Slide it into the oven at the same time the turkey roll is getting done
6) Spread the droppings from turkey roll over the stuffing balls with spoon

7) Serve hot the turkey roll and the stuffing balls side by side
