Directions
Rub well over surface of roast.
Place tenderloin on roasting rack in 12 x 8 - in baking dish.
Shield ends and 1 inch down sides of tenderloin with aluminum foil.
Microwave at High 3 minutes.
Reduce power to 50% (Medium).
Microwave 5 minutes.
Turn roast over and rotate dish; remove shielding.
Microwave at 50% (Medium) 8 to 12 minutes longer, or until internal temperature reaches 125°.
(Roast will be medium rare).
Let stand, tented loosely with foil, 10 minutes.
Temperature will rise 15° to 20°.
