Roast Shoulder Of Lamb Recipe
Ingredients
1 shoulder of lamb, 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 pounds
1 sprig rosemary
1 onion
1 tablespoon butter or lamb drippings
1 carrot
1 tablespoon water
Directions
Lay the buttered shoulder on a bed of rosemary.
Add the onion, carrot, and water.
Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours, basting from time to time.
