Roast Pork Tenderloin Chinese Style Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 pork tenderloins | ||
| Chicken stock | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 cup each soy and honey | ||
| Sherry | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 1/2 Clove (5gm) | |
| 1 teaspoon each cinnamon and salt | ||
| Powdered ginger | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Cornstarch | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Combine chicken stock, soy, honey, sherry, lemon juice, garlic, cinnamon, salt, and ginger.
Marinate the meat for 2 hours in this mixture.
Drain meat, reserving marinade.
Coat meat with cornstarch.
Place in a shallow roasting pan.
Bake in a moderately slow oven (325°) about 1 hour, 30 minutes.
Baste frequently with marinade.
