3 pork tenderloins
 
1 cup chicken stock
 
1/4 cup each soy and honey
 
2 tablespoons sherry
 
1 tablespoon lemon juice
 
1/2 clove garlic
 
1 teaspoon each cinnamon and salt
 
1/4 teaspoon powdered ginger
 
2 tablespoons cornstarch

Directions

Combine chicken stock, soy, honey, sherry, lemon juice, garlic, cinnamon, salt, and ginger.
Marinate the meat for 2 hours in this mixture.
