Roast Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Cooking oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Catsup | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Prepared mustard | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1/4 teaspoon bottled hot pepper sauce | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| 6 pork loin chops or rib chops, cut 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 inches thick | ||
Directions
In saucepan cook onion and garlic in hot oil till tender but not brown.
Stir in catsup, lemon juice, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, prepared mustard, 1 teaspoon salt, and bottled hot pepper sauce.
Simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes, stirring once or twice.
Sprinkle chops with salt.
Place chops in wire grill basket.
Grill chops over medium coals about 25 minutes.
Turn meat and grill about 20 minutes more, brushing with sauce occasionally.
