Roast Pork And Sauerkraut Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 tablespoons pork drippings | ||
| Sauerkraut | 3 Cup (16 tbs), undrained | |
| Caraway seed | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 4 servings cooked roast pork | ||
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
Directions
1. Heat drippings in a 2-quart glass casserole in microwave oven (15 to 30 seconds at HIGH).
2. Add undrained sauerkraut and caraway seed to drippings. Cover with an all-glass lid or waxed paper. Heat in microwave oven 7 minutes at HIGH; stir twice.
3. Place roast pork on top of sauerkraut. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Heat covered in microwave oven to serving temperature (4 to 5 minutes at BAKE).
