Roast Pork With Meat Recipe

Ingredients
| 1 (3 to 4 pounds) pork boneless rolled rump roast | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons savory seasonings Meat Blend | ||
| 1 teaspoon savory seasonings Cook Blend | ||
| 1 cup fresh fennel top greens or spinach leaves | ||
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Unroll pork roast.
Rub garlic and half of the herbs into meat.
Arrange greens over meat.
Reroll; tie roast.
Place roast, fat side up, on rack in shallow roasting pan.
Sprinkle remaining herbs over roast.
Roast 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until internal temperature reaches 155° on meat thermometer.
Let stand 10 minutes to reach 165° before slicing.
