 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), minced
 Ginger slice3 , peeled
 Green onions4 Small, chopped
 Sherry4 Tablespoon
 Light soy sauce2 Tablespoon
 Hoisin sauce3 Tablespoon
 Chili Sauce3 Tablespoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/2 Teaspoon
 1 pork tenderloin (2 1/2 to 3 pounds)
 Honey1/2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 325°F before roasting.
2. Take a shallow large dish, add onion, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sherry, chili sauce, Hosin sauce, pepper and salt and mix thoroughly to prepare the marinade. Add pork tenderloin and turn to coat evenly. Allow to marinate for 1 hour, tuning after 30 minutes, for even coating.

MAKING
3. On the rack in a roasting pan, arrange the tenderloin and roast for 60 minutes. Keep basting with honey frequently.

SERVING
4. Cool, thinly slice and serve with oriental noodles.
