Roast Loin Of Pork Oriental Style Recipe
Roast pork oriental style is an asian flavored pork recipe. Prepared with a baste of italian dressing with honey and flavored with hoisin sauce, ginger, soy sauce and mustard, the roast pork oriental style is oven cooked. Basted for a rich oriental flavor, it can be served as desired.
Ingredients
| 1/2 cup Italian or Robusto Italian Dressing | ||
| Honey | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ginger | 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce (optional) | ||
| Soy sauce | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard | ||
| 1 (3- to 3 1/2-pound) boneless pork loin roast, tied for roasting | ||
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 °.
In small bowl, combine all ingredients except pork.
In roasting pan, on rack, place pork and roast 45 minutes.
Brush pork with 1/2 of the dressing mixture, then continue roasting, basting occasionally, 35 minutes or until meat thermometer reaches 165° (medium) or 180° (well done).
Heat remaining dressing mixture and serve with pork.
