Roast Loin Of Pork Recipe
Over the years I have mastered the art of making Roast Loin Of Pork which I was taught by my family elders. A good way to use up Pork is to make some amazing Roast Loin Of Pork. You do not need to be a gourmet to make out how appetizing and tasty this dish really is.
Ingredients
3 1/4 pound (8 ribs) pork loin roast
1 1/2 teaspoons onion salt
1/2 teaspoon marjoram, crushed
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
1. Rub roast with a mixture of the salt, marjoram, and pepper. Secure roast on spit. Insert meat thermometer. Adjust spit about 8 inches above prepared coals, placing aluminum foil pan under pork to catch drippings. If using a gas-fired grill, adjust flame size following manufacturer's directions.
2. Roast until meat thermometer registers 170°F or until meat is tender. About 30 minutes before roast is done, score surface.
3. Place roast on a warm serving platter. Garnish with parsley.
