 Lamb leg1
 Garlic1 Clove (5 gm)
 Salt1 Tablespoon
 Black pepper1 Tablespoon, ground
 Flour2 Tablespoon
 Cider vinegar2 Tablespoon
 A-1 sauce1 Tablespoon
 Dry mustard1 Teaspoon
 Lea & perrins worcestershire sauce1 Teaspoon
 Butter/Margarine2 Tablespoon

Directions

Cut garlic clove and rub over leg of lamb.
Mix all of the paste ingredients together; chop garlic clove very fine and add to paste.
Rub lamb with paste before cooking.
Roast at 325° for 35 minutes per pound.
