5 lb. leg of lamb
Garlic
Powder
Salt Pepper
Peach or pear halves
Chutney
Directions
Place lamb leg fat side down on roasting rack in 12x8-inch glass dish.
Shield shank end with foil.
Cover with tent of wax paper.
Microwave (high) 20-25 minutes.
Remove cover, rotate dish 1/4 turn, turn leg over 1/4 turn, baste off drippings and remove foil "shield." If uneven corners on roast are overcooking, "shield" with foil.
Microwave (high) 15 minutes.
Baste with drippings, sprinkle with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Microwave (high) 5-10 minutes.
Rest, covered with foil, 15 minutes.
