Roast Lamb With Asparagus Recipe

1 leg of lamb
 
1 1 pound can plum tomatoes
 
2-3 cloves garlic
 
4 tablespoons butter, melted
 
1 lemon, juice of
 
Oregano
 
Salt and pepper

Directions

Roast leg of lamb according to TRADITIONAL LEG OF LAMB recipe.
When half cooked, add plum tomatoes, oregano, and salt and pepper.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Add asparagus along with some of the liquid from the cans, if necessary, and bake 20 minutes longer or until meat is cooked to taste.
