Roast Goose Recipe
If you plan to cook an out of the ordinary Main Dish, then you should probably go for this Roast Goose. Roast Goose as a Main Dish never fails to impress. Ingredients
5 to 6 lb. goose
Salt to taste
Directions
Wash and dry goose thoroughly.
Salt cavity and exterior.
Fill cavity loosely with stuffing.
Close cavity and secure tightly.
Place breast side up in roasting pan.
Roast at 350°F (175°C) for 30 to 40 minutes per pound, or about 3 to 4 hours.
Cover with a loose tent of aluminum foil for the last hour to prevent excess browning.
