Ingredients

 2 4 1/2 -pound ready-to-cook ducklings
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper1
 8 cups Rice and Orange or Bread and Butter Dressing
 Honey1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Ginger1 Teaspoon
 Kitchen Bouquet2 Teaspoon
 2 1/2 cups Orange-Mushroom Sauce

Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
2. Rub the cleaned ducklings with pepper and salt. Fill the cavities with dressing and skewer or sew in the openings.

MAKING
3. In the rack of an open pan, arrange the ducklings with breast side up and roast for about 1.5 hours to 2 hours or till brown and is done as desired.
4. Prepare a mixture of Kitchen Bouquet, honey and ginger and use it for basting the roasted ducklings during the last 30 minutes of roasting.

SERVING
5. Serve with Orange-Mushroom Sauce.
