 Duck 5 pound
 Fruit sauce1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 tablespoons orange liqueur or orange juice
 Sauce1/4 Teaspoon
 Mandarin oranges1 Can (10oz), drained

Directions

Pierce skin of duck several times.
Place duck breast-side up on microwave roasting rack set in T2x8-inch dish.
Combine fruit sauce, orange liqueur and browning sauce; set aside.
Cook at MEDIUM 30 minutes; drain.
Brush half of sauce on duck.
Cook at MEDIUM 20 to 25 minutes, or until duck is tender.
Brush with remaining sauce.
Let stand, covered, 10 minutes before serving.
Garnish with orange.
