Roast Duck With Apple Dressing Recipe

Wash duck thoroughly and pat dry with absorbent paper.
Rub cavity with salt.
Combine remaining ingredients in mixing bowl; stuff cavity and close with skewers and string.
Place on rack in shallow roasting pan.
Roast 2-2 1/2 hours (or 30 minutes per pound).
Remove skewers and string.
Place duck on heated serving platter and serve with Orange Sauce.
