Roast Chicken Eastern Style Recipe
Ingredients
| Chicken | 2 1/2 Kilogram | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| 2 teaspoons crushed green ginger | ||
| Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Wash and dry chicken.
Blend garlic, ginger, soy sauce and oil.
Brush cavity and outside of chicken with marinade.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) basting several times till golden brown.
