Roast Beef Wraps With Horseradish Slaw Recipe
Ingredients
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
3 tablespoons prepared white horseradish
1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon sugar
8 ounces shredded cabbage mix for coleslaw
4 burrito size flour tortillas, warmed
2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
8 ounces thinly sliced deli roast beef
Directions
In large bowl, mix mayonnaise, horseradish, vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar.
Remove half of mayonnaise mixture to cup.
Toss cabbage with mayonnaise mixture in bowl.
With small spatula, spread some mayonnaise mixture on 1 side of each tortilla.
At 1 edge of each tortilla, arrange some tomato slices, roast beef, and cabbage mixture.
Roll each tortilla jelly roll fashion.
