Directions
To make the horseradish spread: In a small bowl, stir together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, chutney, and horseradish until well-combined.
Season with the pepper.
To make the roast beef sandwiches: Spread the horseradish mixture on the top and bottom half of each roll.
Divide the roast beef among the bottom halves of the rolls.
