| Garlic | 2 Teaspoon, minced (Dressing) | |
| Chili oil | 1 Teaspoon (Dressing) | |
| Iceberg lettuce head | 1 Small, shredded (Salad) | |
| 1 small carrot, cut into matchstick pieces | ||
| 1/2 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and cut into matchstick pieces | ||
| Beef roast | 1/2 pound, cut into thin strips (Salad) | |
| 2 green onions (including tops), slivered | ||
Directions
Place dressing ingredients in a blender.
Process mixture for 10 seconds or until smooth.
Place lettuce, carrot, and cucumber in a large wide salad bowl; toss well.
Arrange roast beef strips on salad.
Pour dressing over roast beef and sprinkle with green onions.
Toss just before serving.
