 1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
 Sugar1 Tablespoon (Dressing)
 Garlic2 Teaspoon, minced (Dressing)
 Chili oil1 Teaspoon (Dressing)
 Iceberg lettuce head1 Small, shredded (Salad)
 1 small carrot, cut into matchstick pieces
 1/2 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and cut into matchstick pieces
 Beef roast1/2 pound, cut into thin strips (Salad)
 2 green onions (including tops), slivered

Directions

Place dressing ingredients in a blender.
Process mixture for 10 seconds or until smooth.
Place lettuce, carrot, and cucumber in a large wide salad bowl; toss well.
Arrange roast beef strips on salad.
Pour dressing over roast beef and sprinkle with green onions.
Toss just before serving.
