Ingredients

 9 ounces uncooked radiatore pasta
 6 ounces lean roast beef
 Kidney beans1 Can (10oz), drained, rinsed
 Baby corn1 Can (10oz), drained, rinsed
 Tomatoes and green chilies1 Can (10oz), diced
 Cherry tomato1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Ripe olives1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Minced parsley2 Tablespoon
 Oregano1 Tablespoon, minced
 Olive oil1/4 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

1. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt; drain. Rinse in cold water; drain.
2. Slice beef into thin strips. Combine pasta, beef and remaining ingredients in large bowl. Toss to coat. Garnish with fresh oregano, if desired.
