Roast Beef And Pasta Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 9 ounces uncooked radiatore pasta | ||
| 6 ounces lean roast beef | ||
| Kidney beans | 1 Can (10oz), drained, rinsed | |
| Baby corn | 1 Can (10oz), drained, rinsed | |
| Tomatoes and green chilies | 1 Can (10oz), diced | |
| Cherry tomato | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ripe olives | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Minced parsley | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Oregano | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Olive oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
1. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt; drain. Rinse in cold water; drain.
2. Slice beef into thin strips. Combine pasta, beef and remaining ingredients in large bowl. Toss to coat. Garnish with fresh oregano, if desired.
