Riviera Salad Bowl Recipe
Ingredients

| 1 head Boston lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces | ||
| 2 tomatoes, cut into sixths | ||
| 2 hard-cooked eggs, cut into fourths | ||
| Tuna | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Ripe olives | 8 | |
| Anchovy fillets, | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Snipped parsley | ||
| Vinaigrette Dressing | ||
Directions
Cook beans as directed on package; drain.
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Place lettuce in salad bowl; arrange beans, tomatoes and eggs around edge.
Mound tuna in center.
Garnish with olives, anchovies and parsley.
