Ritzy Bars Recipe
Ingredients
3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
20 Ritz crackers, finely rolled
1 cup pecans, chopped
Directions
Add sugar and vanilla to egg whites.
Fold in crackers and pecans.
Pour into buttered, 8-inch square pan.
Bake at 300° for 40 minutes.
Remove from oven, and cut in squares immediately.
Remove from pan, and put on waxed paper to cool.
These keep well.
