Ritz Pecan Pie Recipe

3 egg whites, well beaten

1 c. sugar

1/2 tsp. baking powder

23 Ritz crackers, rolled fine

1 c. pecans, chopped

1 tsp. vanilla extract

Mix all ingredients into pie plate and bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350°.
Use Cool Whip over it when cool.
