Ritz Pecan Pie Recipe
In my opinion there's not another recipe better than this ritz pie that is the reason I am so thrilled about introducing it to you. Ritz pie goes perfectly as dessert. Caring is all about sharing and I can show how much I care for you by sharing this ritz pie recipe.
Ingredients
3 egg whites, well beaten
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
23 Ritz crackers, rolled fine
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions
Mix all ingredients into pie plate and bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350°.
Use Cool Whip over it when cool.
