Ritz Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 cup nuts
1/2 cup dates
1 box Ritz crackers
Butter Cream Frosting:
2 cup powdered sugar
Milk to thin
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions
Cook Eagle Brand milk with chopped dates until thick, add dates.
Spread on Ritz crackers.
When cool cover with frosting.
Spread on Ritz crackers.
When cool cover with frosting.
